Cashing Locations
Customers can cash winning tickets between $600 and $5,000 at any Ohio Lottery regional office or one of the State’s seven racinos (for players 21 and over). Each of these options are listed below.
Please note only pre-paid debit cards can be issued at the Regional offices, which can be redeemed in cash at any PNC location (further instructions will be issued with the card). Players may also complete a Claim Form for payment processing through our Claims Department.
